Your new company

Project Engineer joining a huge FMCG food production site in Co Armagh. Having recently visited the site, their commitment to investment in new lines, top of the range equipment and expanding the business is evident as they have always had this commitment and drive. The company supply large multinational and smaller local retailers with a high quality range of products and locally, would be an absolute leader in this industry. This is a new role as they expand the engineering team and have a dedicated resource to manage the volume and scale of ongoing capital investments.

Your new role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will oversee and delivery all CAPEX projects with the support of the team and external contractors. The project portfolio is extensive, from small line improvements to improve reliability to full scale installation and sourcing projects, but you will enjoy a vast range in this field.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a food production environment with involvement in the successful delivery of projects including line installations, equipment moves and upgrades. Ideally you will have sound electrical experience for the role.

What you'll get in return

This is a day-based Project Engineer role leading the projects and will pay circa £45000 to £50000 if you are bringing the required experience. There should be little requirement to work outside of normal Monday to Friday hours unless pre arranged by yourself. The company offer 29 days annual leave and discount on their products, which proves very popular.
