Main Responsibilties
– Oversee and guide the project team, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments.
– Manage the commercial relationship with clients for your projects.
– Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
– Handle contractual and financial aspects, including amendments and quarterly budget reviews.
– Supervise the completion of studies with assistance from the design office.
– Ensure the design office establishes technical specifications for equipment purchases and manage technical discussions with suppliers.
– Maintain proper administrative tracking of project files.
– Develop and monitor project schedules, studies, and works, and communicate updates to clients.
– Hold a degree in industrial or civil engineering
– Capable of managing ongoing projects with budgets ranging from 2 to 10 million euros.
– Possess five years of experience in project management within industrial installations, wastewater treatment plant construction, water treatment plants, or equivalent experience in a related field (chemistry, O&G, EPC construction).
– Proficient in English.
– Have a customer-focused approach and strong commercial acumen.
– Detail-oriented, results-driven, organized, and able to rigorously plan your work.
– Experienced in managing and maintaining financial budgets.
– An effective “people manager,” demonstrating leadership and the ability to positively engage multidisciplinary teams.
