The Construction Project Manager Role:
This is an construction Project Manager role and is open to individuals with experience managing construction projects. You will be expected to manage sub-contractors, trades and full process of the build. You will have overview leadership of the project with site managers, quantity surveyors and others reporting into you.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day running of the Projects
* Liaising with clients to clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives
* Identifying and planning for risks and potential barriers to project delivery
* Liaising with the finance team to raise procurement requests
* Liaising with the operations team to book and manage resourcing requests
* Creating project plans and purchasing schedules, including anticipated logistics
* Checking in and liaising with clients to make sure their needs are met as the project evolves
