Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
- Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication between team members
- Monitor project progress and performance using project management software
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing appropriate contingency plans
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using project management software to plan, track, and report on project progress
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data analysis skills
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey project goals, requirements, and updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
- Familiarity with cost control techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems is advantageous

Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
