Client Details
Our client is a luxury joinery business with a track record of working on prime residential and hospitality projects in London. They are currently delivering a flagship super-prime hospitality project and are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the team on site.
Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with design team and manufacturing to identify the best specifications
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and project scheduling (e.g. oversight of logistics/deliveries, installation, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and maintain cost control for the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Regularly liaise with stakeholders and report on project status
- Resolve potential issues or delays to keep the project on track
- Lead and motivate the project team to meet targets and ensure high standards of work
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in project management, construction management, or a related field
- Ideally have worked in a Package Manager or Finishing Manager role on high quality / prime projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Job Offer
