SalaryProject Manager required for our client, a well-established Renewable Energy company covering works across Heating and Plumbing, Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Heat Pump technology. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Covering a mixture of commercial and residential projects within the Renewables industry, including Solar PV and ASHP across the South East.
Project Manager Position Overview
You will be required to oversee the installation and delivery of a variety of renewable energy systems.
- Programme planning.
- Customer liaison and management.
- Contractor management.
- Internal stakeholder management.
- H&S planning and creating a safe system of work.
- Reporting, governance and budget management.
- Identifying and gathering all required permissions, checking orders, certification requirements.
- Supporting domestic and commercial with designs, job costing and surveys
- Ordering materials to ensure the job is prepared and starts on time.
- Allocating time and resource to deliver jobs.
- Support the install and office teams and ensure the delivery of a project on-time and on-budget
Project Manager Position Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 5 years' experience as a PM or similar
- PRINCE2 (desirable)
- Solar PV and ASHP experience
- Within 25 miles of Eastbourne
- Experience in electrical installation, engineering, construction, civils or renewables
- A track record of successful customer/end-user management.
- Strong reporting skills, along with budget management.
- Understanding up to date regulations
Project Manager Position Remuneration
- 40,000 - 50,000 DOE
- 20 days + 8BH
