The Projects
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be managing Live Care Home Refurbishments mainly in the South. You will play a crucial role within the Project Management team and wider business to ensure that all works are continuously completed to specification, in budget and on time.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you have the relevant experience as a minimum;
- Experience of working on similar refurb projects
- Strong knowledge of working in the construction industry

Duties
- Ordering materials
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Reporting to Operations Director regularly
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Reporting on project progress to senior managers
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
- Ensuring work is finished to an exceptionally high standard
- Liaising with other sub-contractors and the principal contractor
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Assist in the supervision of direct employees and agency labour
- Managing health and safety throughout the site including site safety inspections
- Overseeing and managing project schedules and budgets to ensure work is completed on time
