The customer journey consists of answering a home emergency call via the CET call centre, validating and deployment of the claim via a market leading technology platform to a nationwide network of contractors.
The business answers over one million phone calls a year and completes circa 145k of jobs within customer homes.

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Project Manager to oversee our Home Emergency business projects from initiation to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
The Project Manager will collaborate with various departments including senior management to support on CETs Change Programme that forms a key part of our strategy.
This role will have hands on responsibility to lead and coordinate CETs change programme with autonomy to influence direction and priorities to ensure the business maximises change improvements which drive the right results and outcomes for CET.
Annual Salary
Offering a competitive salary which will be dependant upon experience with eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual bonus scheme together with an excellent benefits package.
Location//Base - Hybrid working
You will be based from our Walsall office but will work in a hybrid way, typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (office days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 8.30 am to 5.00 pm each day with the other two days to be worked from home)
Holiday Entitlement:
25 days plus 8 Bank holidays
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of key projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project management processes and deliverables
Key Skills and Experience Requirements
- Over 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or PMO Analyst, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in Home Services B2C or InsurTech environment (desirable)
- Project management experience with system migrations (desirable)
- Bachelor degree in business or project management (desirable)
