Job title: Project Manager - Integrated Reporting Location: Barrow-in-Furness. In this role, you will be responsible for generating reports on the SSNA programme performance based on information from the four industrial partners and independent stakeholders. This will ensure of the provision for the consolidated summarised and synthesised set of reports to various levels of the organisations from Director level, to Managing Director and across to Chief ExecutiveResponsible for reporting from a single authoritative source on behalf of the overall programme including the coordination of the programme narrative/performance summary and with this, you would be liaising closely with the Project Management Office function and providing support to the client layerSupport in the scrutiny of performance by measuring progress against the SSNA Performance Measurement Baseline whilst identifying trends in programme performance and understanding the scale and source of variances. You will also be identifying external dependencies and performing relevant analytics to feed into governance forums (as required) and identifying issues, resolutions and key decisions required to be taken by senior programme leadershipEnable the programme's governance and organisation structures and ensure they operate effectively with timely, accurate and consistent visibility of the Programme's performance and early sight of potential issuesYour skills and experiences:Essential:Graduate level qualification in project management, engineering/construction or demonstrable equivalent work experienceExperience in complex programmes or projectsExperience of working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, companies and grade structures, and facilitating/influencing decision making at these levelsExcellent communication and presentation skills are neededStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills will be requiredA good ability to articulate complex issue clearly and succinctly providing insights to the programme statusDesirableKnowledge of the UK Defence Sector and Submarines EnterpriseBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
