Role: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Location: Winchester, Hampshire

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + car allowance, pension, healthcare

Our client has been established for over 70 years and boasts a headcount north of 1,000 professionals offering a variety of services including project management, cost management, building surveying and many more to their clients across the built environment.
As a Project Manager / senior Project Manager, you will be working within close-knit team which consists of a partner, two associate directors and Project Managers at varying levels. You will immediately be deployed on higher education, life sciences or high-end residential (think south of France).

Requirements
- Construction related degree.
- MRICS or MCIOB is beneficial.
- Experience of leading real estate projects from inception through to handover.
- Experience within high-end residential, life sciences, higher education is beneficial.
