SalaryOne of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 general contractors that operate across Residential, Commercial, Civil Engineering, Healthcare and Rail industries is actively seeking an accomplished Project Manager that boasts extensive experience in high rise RC Frame mixed use developments. The ideal candidate will also come from a main contracting background and have a proven track record of being a project lead on schemes valued at £60-70m+.
The project itself is the first phase of a 5 year scheme that will comprise of over 500 residential units, large commercial space and extensive woodland & parkland areas. The first phase will consist of several RC Frame blocks and is valued at over £100m.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Managing overall day to day running of site
- Overseeing a number of senior site managers
- Ensuring your sites are following program and in budget
- Making sure Health & Safety and Quality is excellent
- Liaising with Directors for weekly & monthly updates
- Involved with high level issues
Project Manager Requirements:
- A proven track record of delivering large projects
- Main contracting/developer experience
- RC Frame experience essential
- Residential experience desired but not necessary
- Excellent man management skills
- Strong client liaison skills
