The successful candidate will lead projects, ensuring installations meet or exceed the industry-expected levels of quality. What's involved?

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning with industry standards and MCS certification requirements.
• Oversee the execution of wind and solar projects, emphasising Platinum's commitment to quality through MCS certification.

MCS Compliance:

• Leverage MCS certification to ensure all projects meet the expected level of quality and reliability.
• Stay informed about MCS guidelines and integrate them into project planning and execution.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, emphasising the quality assurance provided by MCS certification.
• Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and resolutions, showcasing Platinum's dedication to excellence.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining MCS quality standards.
• Proactively manage and resolve issues to ensure project success without compromising on quality.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce MCS quality control processes, showcasing Platinum's commitment to delivering high-quality renewable energy projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with MCS certification requirements.

Budget Oversight:

• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while upholding Platinum's commitment to quality and excellence.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, demonstrating transparency and accountability.

What you need:

• MCS certification is mandatory.
• Proven project management experience within the Wind and Solar industries.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and MCS certification requirements.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CSCS / SSSTS / SMSTS Preferable
• Full Driving License with own transport
• HSE Leadership Qualities
