Job description
Ensure multiple projects are driven forward, whilst maintaining direction; To manage projects within the project framework and governance structure; Ensure all core project documentation is completed in line with project methodologies; Liaise with a wide range of clinical, administrative and managerial staff to support the delivery of projects; To undertake detailed risk assessments on all projects and ensure that all risks and issues are logged and escalated; Deliver regular reports on caseload to Senior Project Manager; Meet with potential and current project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines; Provide coordination of and participate in relevant steering groups and provide project advice, expertise and support where requested; Work with members of the Team to investigate the causes of any variance from plan and proactively contribute to the implementation of solutions; To work in partnership with Finance to collate budgetary information relevant to each project; As part of the wider team, to review working practices and suggest improvements, ensuring continual quality improvement; Required to comply with all relevant national and local statutory and mandatory requirements including Health and Safety, Infection Control.
