Job description

The Role:

The Housing Solutions Business Unit are looking for a passionate, pragmatic and analytical individual to manage various projects focussing on the development of existing and new projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex and multiple projects simultaneously across Housing Solutions. Overseeing a range of projects such as:

Performance analysis and reporting, including the support of data submissions to Central Government.

Change and innovation within the Business Unit.

Monitoring and reporting of customer service standards.

Supporting wider change projects across Resident services

The coordination of the Housing Solutions website pages.

The coordination of learning and development across the Business Unit.

Additional salary details

Please note this role is being offered on a fixed term contract basis for a duration of 12 months
