The role is within a small programme and project team that has been specifically created to provide dedicated capacity to enable the delivery of the programme and its vision. This team will be focusing on delivering change through an iterative strengths-based approach learning and developing from experience to embed the new models of care for the in-scope services in association with key stakeholders across health and social care.

The successful candidate will work across the Transformation Programme to support and coordinate the delivery of a range of projects of varying complexity to achieve the overarching programme vision.

You will need to be well organised with proven experience of planning and managing competing priorities. Previous experience of project management would be desirable but is not essential. You will have good communication skills as a key element of the role is the ability to build relationships and work with partners across health and social care to interpret and deliver defined plans and activities. Opportunities will be provided within the programme for the successful candidate to develop within the role.
