The Council’s Business Team works closely with businesses and partner organisations to encourage and support business start-up, growth, innovation and inward investment.
You will work closely with Kirklees business team colleagues and as part of a wider team of Growth Managers you will help to coordinate the WYCA funded Business West Yorkshire business support programme providing free and impartial access to all the publicly funded business support available in Leeds City Region.
You will manage relationships with SMEs across the Kirklees district delivering high quality support which will assist them in meeting their growth plans. You will be based in Kirklees, with travel required across that district and less frequently across the Leeds City Region.
