The Role:
Our client, a boutique, luxury interior design studio, are looking for a hardworking, level-headed, and proactive Project & Operations Manager to join their team in West London.
Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you will strategically manage projects, putting a strong focus on operations support, playing a pivotal role in steering their growing portfolio of both UK and international projects. You will collaborate with the wider team, providing support for each phase of their projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial acumen, adept at budgeting and ensuring project profitability. Experience with fee proposals is a must, and a strong background in project management is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines and deadlines for high-end interior design projects
- Create project schedules, liaising with the wider team to ensure deliverables are met
- Act as point of contact to ensure strong client relations are kept throughout the project and beyond
- Act as an integral liaison between departments to ensure a seamless and collaborative working style is maintained to meet common goals
- Visit projects in person, ensuring they are running smoothly, and to address any issues when necessary
- Work with the wider team (including the finance team) to ensure projects are on budget and costs and profitability are being maintained without compromising on quality
- Work with the finance team to ensure invoices are issued promptly
- Ensure all admin and relevant documentation is kept up to date
- Work closely with the management team to support on proposals and negotiations; bringing forward ideas for business development and business growth
Key Skills:
- Previous project management experience in the luxury interior design sector
- Solid understanding of interior design principles and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- MS office skills and experience using project management software
- Able to multitask and successfully delver on tasks
- A keen ideas sharer
- Strong attention to detail
