Senior Operations Project Manager - PFI - Romford c 85k + 10% bonus, Car/allowance 6100, pension.
Based at a large acute hospital in Romford but with responsibility for two additional smaller sites in Roehampton, you will oversee the delivery and development of all M&E lifecycle and medical equipment services replacement projects for these PFI sites that are between 15 and 20 years old and they run until 2034 and 2037.
Current lifecycle spend across the three sites is c 10m a year and typical projects include AHU replacements, LED upgrades, CCTV replacement, Operating Theatre overhauls.
This contract has the maintenance covered by another provider, so will need someone comfortable dealing with stakeholders in order to manage this relationship appropriately, particularly when planning and agreeing future lifecycle expenditure.
You are supported by a PM for each site and a Technical Manager will work with you to challenge the service delivery partner on their maintenance regimes to maximise the life of the assets.
You will be a driven individual with experience of delivering M&E projects, ideally within a PFI environment with knowledge of CDM and lifecycle planning.
