Project Professional (Early Careers)

Job title: Project Professional - Delivery (Early Careers)Location: Frimley, Weymouth, Bristol, Portsmouth - we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to £38,000, depending on skills & experienceWhat you'll be doing:

Working in partnership with our Shared Services and Function teams, as part of the wider HR Team and specifically the Early Careers team

Supporting and coordinating Early Careers lifecycle activities from applications and interviews through to exits into substantive roles

Supporting the reporting processes for Early Careers

Coordinate and support Social Impact Initiatives and Activities

Engaging in event coordination from external STEM activities to larger scale Conferences and Workshops

Participating in ad-hoc project work as necessary and required from Early Careers projects to Social Impact and HR

Your skills and experiences:

Excellent organisational skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management

Proficient with MS Office

Proven experience of a customer/stakeholder - facing role

Desirable:

Potentially from a recruitment, business support, administrative background
