Working in partnership with our Shared Services and Function teams, as part of the wider HR Team and specifically the Early Careers teamSupporting and coordinating Early Careers lifecycle activities from applications and interviews through to exits into substantive rolesSupporting the reporting processes for Early CareersCoordinate and support Social Impact Initiatives and ActivitiesEngaging in event coordination from external STEM activities to larger scale Conferences and WorkshopsParticipating in ad-hoc project work as necessary and required from Early Careers projects to Social Impact and HRYour skills and experiences:Excellent organisational skills, with good accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills & stakeholder managementProficient with MS OfficeProven experience of a customer/stakeholder - facing roleDesirable:Potentially from a recruitment, business support, administrative backgroundBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The ICS (Integrated Combat Systems) Early Careers team:This newly formed team sits within the wider HR Function and works regularly with our Shared Services Supplier as well as partnering across the wider Business Functions.
