What you'll be doing:Liaise with the Lead and Senior Project Professionals on a day to day basis to process and report contract progressUse Systems Applications and Process (SAP) to monitor progressLiaising with all Initial Provisioning Stakeholders to resolve queries concerned with the procurement of material and monitor progress with deliverablesLiaise with Supply Chain and Logistics to produce Reports and Metric dataMonitor and report on the delivery of material to support the platforms critical path

Demonstrable experience as a Procurement Practitioner and/or Experience of Material ManagementWorking Knowledge of SAPWorking Knowledge of TeamcenterStakeholder Management experience

The Spares Support team:This role is based within the Spares Support Team which provides spares to the MOD currently for the Astute Class Submarines and will also supply spares for the Dreadnought Class Submarines. The team is growing and the individual will be expected to cover the work of the S4's within team in their absence and attend meetings on behalf of the S4's and S5's where required. They will also be required to report on government requirements.
