About the Role: As a Project Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support for an ongoing project. This position requires a commitment of at least 2 days per week in the Leeds office, with the possibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Provide administrative support to project managers
- Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate meetings
- Contribute to the implementation of tech refresh initiatives
- Utilize your facilities management background to support project requirements
- Ensure project documentation and records are accurately maintained
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Project Support/administration roles
- Familiarity with tech refresh/implementation projects
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
