Working as part of the Data and Analytics Team, you will provide Project Support across a range of projects and activities The Project Support Officer will co-ordinate resources, communications, monitoring and control activities, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date at all times.
Hours: 37.5 per week

- Support with a range of ongoing projects across the Data and Analytics team.
- Working closely with the Data and Analytics Project Manager for project planning and resource management across the lifespan of a project.
- Manage the storage and accessibility of project documents.
- Liaise and organise events with colleagues and services across the organisation including Project Sponsors, focus groups, user testers, and early adopter sites.
- Undertake minutes at meetings as required.
About you:
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience working to project management principles.
- Highly organised and experience of working in an administrative role.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload demands and use initiative.
- A team player with the ability to work as part of a virtual team.
