At Change Grow Live, we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join Change Grow Live (CGL) in the role of Data and Analytics Project Support Officer.
Working as part of the Data and Analytics Team, you will provide Project Support across a range of projects and activities The Project Support Officer will co-ordinate resources, communications, monitoring and control activities, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date at all times.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £26,110.87 - £28,268.79
Please note:
The contractual location for this role is yet to be finalised. DBS requirement is dependent on the contractual base agreed.
The interviews will take place via Teams on the 23rd of April 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with a range of ongoing projects across the Data and Analytics team.
- Working closely with the Data and Analytics Project Manager for project planning and resource management across the lifespan of a project.
- Manage the storage and accessibility of project documents.
- Liaise and organise events with colleagues and services across the organisation including Project Sponsors, focus groups, user testers, and early adopter sites.
- Undertake minutes at meetings as required.
About you:
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience working to project management principles.
- Highly organised and experience of working in an administrative role.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload demands and use initiative.
- A team player with the ability to work as part of a virtual team.
