Project/Management Accountant

Your new role
You will be supporting the Financial Controller with managing and responsibility for the financial and project reporting requirements for specific projects providing accurate, timely and relevant management information as well as providing advice and guidance to the project teams. The role is part of a dynamic business sector that looks to deliver solutions to a truly global marketplace.
Your role will include:

• Supporting the Financial Controller with preparation of sector monthly forecasts including assumptions, risks and opportunities and explanation of forecast movements.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports in accordance with the issued monthly timetable.
• Supporting the business in producing robust monthly reports and quarterly Sales and Margin Trading Plans.
• Posting journals to accurately reflect the project costs and trading position
• Working with the Project Team / budget holders to understand forecast and business plans

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be either a qualified accountant or actively working towards qualifying
You will need broad management accounting experience
What you\'ll get in return
£45-55,000 depending on experience and qualification level
