SalaryProjects Estimator vacancy for an established and expanding Construction & Engineering company:
- Full-time opportunity based near Southampton.
- Basic annual salary range GBP37,000 to GBP40,000 + Bonus.
- Monday to Friday 42.5hrs per week.
- Pension / Company Performance Related Profit Share / Career Progression / Company Vehicle for Business Travel.
We are recruiting for a Projects Estimator who can manage a busy estimation & projects function, assessing and quantifying resources required, deliver to client requirements, prepare quotations / documentation etc and attend site meetings.
The suitable candidate will be required to attend meetings, accurately assess client requirements, define sub-contractor requirements and take an active role in Project Management.
Suitable candidates will need to:
- Hold a UK driving licence.
- Have current Estimator/Projects experience gained within construction or engineering.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills, with attention to detail.
- Carry out site surveys & travel.
- Read and interpret construction plans and engineering drawings.
- Use MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook) and CRM Database.
- Travel and spend time away from home as and when required due to work schedules.
