We are an independent and growing Software as a Service company providing lead edge software and related services to blue chip insurance companies and their clients.
We are looking for a Graduate Project Coordinator to join our growing young and friendly team based in modern offices close to Ilford station.
As a Project Coordinator, you will take responsibility of projects throughout the entire IT project life cycle and will be reporting to the Project Manager. Projects will be varied and will require liaising with a major insurance provider operating across the globe and our development team.
Previous exposure to software development is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads and have an analytical mind-set.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident graduates looking to begin their careers in IT or Project Management. There will be scope for progression moving to a Business Analyst or Project Manager role within the company.
Role Purpose
Take ownership of projects
Gathering and clearly documenting business and functional requirements
Schedule and run project related meetings with clients and the project team
Effectively communicating with the relevant stakeholders of a project
Able to test web-based applications and document findings
Supporting the team wherever possible in the successful delivery of the project
Investigate system features in order to devise solutions to problems
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Degree level minimum 2.1
Effective written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to be proactive
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
Should have a positive attitude
Hours of business Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm
Currently working hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home
Due to the nature of work, successful candidates will be required to undergo both CRB and Credit checks.

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
