Due to continued growth my client in Crewkerne, Somerset are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the successful completion of projects.

Duties of the Project Coordinator job include:

• Monitoring engineering project tasks and project progression


• Communication with team leaders to ensure workflow remains on schedule


• Assist in project start up process, collating information and engaging with key stakeholders


• Participation in project meetings including minute taking and task allocation


• Maintaining and updating general project documentation and reports


• Regular customer and supplier communication to provide necessary updates


• Logistical management of Regulatory Testing


• Ensuring design and development projects follow the ISO9001 approved process

Key skills and experience for the Project Coordinator job are:

• Excellent planning skills


• Previous experience working on projects or within a project team is advantageous


• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment


• Working within an engineering environment


• Previous administration experience is essential
