Due to continued growth my client in Crewkerne, Somerset are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the successful completion of projects.
Duties of the Project Coordinator job include:
- Monitoring engineering project tasks and project progression
- Communication with team leaders to ensure workflow remains on schedule
- Assist in project start up process, collating information and engaging with key stakeholders
- Participation in project meetings including minute taking and task allocation
- Maintaining and updating general project documentation and reports
- Regular customer and supplier communication to provide necessary updates
- Logistical management of Regulatory Testing
- Ensuring design and development projects follow the ISO9001 approved process
Key skills and experience for the Project Coordinator job are:
- Excellent planning skills
- Previous experience working on projects or within a project team is advantageous
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Working within an engineering environment
- Previous administration experience is essential
