SalaryWe have a great stand alone role based in Paris with a very interesting global banking set up. This is a great opportunity for someone that is a self starter and can work independently without local supervision, with excellent communication skills and able to interact / coordinate seamlessly with global teams. You will grow with the business, very much independently but with great ownership along the way.
Your role will be a mix of both Enterprise Risk, covering the Stress Testing framework and Scenario Development, ICAAP and ILAAP, Risk Governance, Risk Appetite
Operational Risk Management.
Here you will work on a range of deliverables, liaising with the risk functions, stakeholders and committees across Europe. Developing the way and approach to risk, monitoring, reporting and updating of the risk register. Also setting up of internal and external audits.
Also the role will involve working with the first line of Operational Risk to identify and assess the Operational Risks, but then reviewing and challenging this from a Second life of defense. You will lead the Risk and control scenario analysis, self assessment and control attestation process.
Required Skills:
- 3+years of Enterprise Risk Management experience, with sound understanding of 2nd Line Operational Risk.
- Excellent communication skills, business level English and ideally intermediate level of French.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work internationally.
- Curious with strong problem solving skills.
- Able to be diplomatic, questioning and challenging - seamlessly
