Our services include the provision of lift maintenance, call out reactance, repair, refurbishment, and installation of new lifts.We value our people and are committed to ongoing training and development.The Role: As a Major Works Sales and Project Coordinator, you will be working within the major works team delivering both new lift and modernisation projects. You will be responsible for coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to project completion and handover to our clients and service team. You will need excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with our customers to ensure that sales enquiries are addressed in a timely manner and Projects delivered successfully. It is important that you are highly organised with the ability to learn while on the job, as you will be coordinating technical information within the lift and construction industries.To be considered for the role of Sales and Projects Coordinator, you will possess the following skills and experience.- Highly organised approach to managing tasks and workload.- Competent Administrator- Experience of working within a similar engineering or construction industry- Excellent communication skills, that generate confidence with a wide variety of stakeholders.- Confident in general liaison with customers via telephone and electronic communications.- Capable of keeping accurate records, working within our integrated management system procedures.- Commercially aware.The person:
