We are actively seeking an experienced Project Officer / Administrator to work for an organisation based in South Birmingham.
Position: Project Officer / Administrator
Location: South Birmingham
Salary: Between £27,000 and £35,000 per annum
Benefits: 31 Days Holiday, rising to 35. Excellent Pension and Life Assurance schemes
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Programme Management Office.
- Support with the development of comprehensive project plans.
- Monitor project performance against deliverables and milestones.
- Administration of project organisational tasks in liaison with Project Leads. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and track progress against planned tasks and action logs.
- Monitor project spend and contribute to budget reporting.
- Prepare project documentation, performance reports, briefings and updates.
- Manage project documentation and records, including risk registers, issue logs and meeting minutes
