My client would welcome the support of a Property Administration Officer on an ongoing temporary booking. This is a hybrid role with 2 days based at their office in Sudbury. My client is paying 13.75 per hour for a 37.5 hour week.
As the Property Administration Officer Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Database management including
- Cleansing
- Uploading of documents
Administration duties including
- Monitor incoming mailbox
- Management Information reporting
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Processing adhoc repair invoices
The successful Property Administration Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
- Knowledge of 'System 06'/TRAMPS database essential
- Property experience - facilities management (service charges) or insurance experience desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
