Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a South Yorkshire based Housing Association.
Office working would be expected for a minimum of 2 days a week.
The role is offered on a full time basis of 35 hours per week, however, compressed or reduced hours will also be considered for the right candidate.
The purpose of the role will be to provide efficient support to the property development services and sales team
Responsibilities of the Property Administrator includes:
- Providing administration support for plans for continuous business improvement and organisational initiatives
- Ensuring enquiries and sales of homes, including new shared ownership properties, right to acquire, resales and staircasing, is handled efficiently
- Ensuring the thorough administration of all sales, including maintenance of filing systems, to ensure all relevant documentation is retained and filed in-line with procedures
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as valuers, estate agents and developers, and monitoring legal progress of ongoing sales to completion.
- Providing internal administrative support for the end to end recruitment process and on-boarding of new employees.
- Assisting the companies complaints team in their duties regarding coordination, administration, analysis of complaints.
- Covering and supporting for the Executive PA as required.
