Position Overview: They are seeking a motivated and organised Property Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth and efficient property management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the estate and lettings team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, transactions, and client information.
- Prepare and process property-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information on available properties.
- Assist in scheduling property viewings, inspections, and meetings between clients and agents.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Database Management:
- Ensure the property database is regularly updated with current listings, pricing, and relevant details.
- Organise and manage electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Marketing Assistance:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings for online and offline platforms.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing materials, including brochures and promotional campaigns.
- Coordination and Logistics:
- Facilitate the coordination of property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in coordinating property move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless transition for both landlords and tenants.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or property management role is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
