Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the property industry? We are seeking a motivated and reliable Property Administration Assistant/PA to join a boutique property firm in Moseley.
In this exciting role, newly developed role you will play a pivotal role in supporting our directors and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient diary management and call handling for the directors.
- Drafting professional letters and emails.
- Utilizing our CRM system to effectively log and track various issues.
- Coordinating with tradespeople to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Managing incoming mail and ensuring proper distribution.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Booking property viewings for potential tenants.
- Maintaining and updating property management software.
- Contacting suppliers, obtaining quotes, and registering guarantees.
- Ordering necessary items and managing supplier and customer information in our accounting software.
- Keeping spreadsheets up-to-date and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Setting up utility accounts for properties.
Applicants will have previous experience ideally in property or similar sector. Flexibility on hours is available for the right candidates.
