AddressTeamJobs are looking for an Administrator to join our clients busy Property Department based in the Bournemouth area!
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Salary: £24-27,000 per annum
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and emails.
- Obtaining quotations and liaising with contractors.
- General administrative tasks including Health and Safety contracts.
- Managing routine maintenance contracts.
- Keeping information up to date on systems.
- Follow up on all quote and instruction requests from suppliers.
- Action site visit reports.
- Help to manage the Property Manager's diary.
