Your role will involve overseeing the maintenance queries from 220 properties. This will involve conducting inspections, ensuring safety certificates are up to date and assisting tenants with any maintenance required.

This role would suit an Administrator who has a knowledge of Property Maintenance looking to join an independent estate agent that cares about their staff and invests in their progression.
