We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our clients market-leading property trading team. This role is crucial for driving growth and success within their dynamic and fun office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with warm incoming leads to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships to increase sales. This position is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach who want progression and the opportunity to be in control of their earnings!
Day-to-day of the role:- Efficiently process incoming leads from email, phone, and the company website.
- Gather essential information to enable Property Consultants to compile tailored quotes for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through clear communication and personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling sales materials and proposals.
- Stay informed about market trends to help identify opportunities for growth.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and execute multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the property industry is beneficial but not required as full training will be provided.

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (once every three weeks).
