Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a prestigious and reputable property firm hiring for a Property Assistant to join their dynamic team. The people-focused consultancy are looking for a professional individual with property experience and to make a positive contribution to their growing team.
Main duties include:
- Updating the database with current lease transactions
- Overseeing the Service Charge budgets and reviewing as needed
- Processing invoices
- Answering telephone calls
- Resolving routine enquiries
- Recording and updating tenant information on the database
- Arranging service contracts and monitoring essential dates related to budgets and annual returns
- Raising web work orders and purchase orders
- General administrative tasks including producing reports and letters
- Assisting the wider property management team as required
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with the internal team and clients
- Interest and experience within property
- Excellent telephone manner
- Outstanding written skills
- Self-sufficient to manage own workload and work within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy skills
- Organised with good time-management skills
