Reporting to and supporting the Head of Property Services, you will be a member of the Property Team actively assisting with the maintenance and development of the Company’s residential care homes, schools and ancillary property stock. You will be required to undertake a range of duties that will support the operational, administrative, safety and compliance functions of the property team.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor asset list and Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, coordinate instruction of external service providers and internal resource, ensure completion of tasks and receive/file worksheets, certification and inspection reports.Highlight concerns to the relevant Property Managers.
- Monitor asset list and Compliance Schedule, coordinate instruction of external service providers, ensure completion of tasks and receive/file worksheets, certification and inspection reports. Highlight concerns to the Property Safety & Compliance Manager.
- Monitor the CAFM System to ensure that all tasks are attended to and that necessary repairs are completed.Provide reports to the relevant Property Managers.
- Assist the Property Team management in updating the Supplier Database ensuing that details are current and correct.
- Assist with the vetting of external service providers, working closely with the Property Safety & Compliance Manager.
- Provide regular reports from the Service Desk CAFM software (“CONCEPT”) to enable the Property Management Team to assess performance and where necessary deal with areas on concern.
