Property Lawyer (part time)

An interesting opportunity for a Property Lawyer to undertake all aspects of local government property work for a small local authority.
In this varied and interesting role, you will be responsible for property transactions, including general conveyancing, commercial leases, and associated matters. You will be dealing with a personal caseload of property issues and for this reason will need an excellent in-depth knowledge of property law and procedures.
If you are a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with this experience we would like to hear from you. In addition to having in-depth property knowledge, you will have strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships within the legal team as well as across the organisation and with external partners. You will also need to be exceptionally well organised, self-motivated and a hard worker to deal with tight and conflicting deadlines.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
