With modern offices close by to commuter links, a hybrid working model and an extremely competitive salary (up to £38,000 DOE), this is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Legal secretary looking for a new opportunity in London City.The Role of a Property Litigation Legal Secretary:- Providing full support to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial / PA capacity with some of the main duties including Diary management- Email management- Monthly reports- Regular billing management to various clients- Draft email / correspondence- Complex document production- Opening / Closing of files- Money laundering compliance- Conflict check compliance- Preparation of expense claims- Deed management- Liaising with clients in person and over the phone- Travel booking- Preparing bundles- Answering the telephone and dealing with queriesSkills and Qualifications of a Property Litigation Legal Secretary:- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience in a Property department- File opening and closing / Completions / Invoicing / SDLT and Land Registry / Requisitions experience is essential- Excellent document production skills- Self motivated- Minimum 60wpm typing speed- Methodical and organised approach- Ability to cope under pressure- Ability to prioritise- Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clientsIf you are interested in this Property LitigationLegal Secretary role in London City and believe you have the skills to match what our client is looking for then please apply within or send your CV to for immediate consideration or a confidential chat.
