ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Croydon, CR0

Salary: GBP30 - GBP35k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Previous experience in Residential Lettings Accounts, and superb admin skills are essential for this Lettings & Property Management Accounts Assistant role.

Working closely with the busy Property Management Accounts Department and with the Lettings Teams in various Branches, whilst based at the Croydon Office, our client is looking for competent, organised focused individual to join the team as a Lettings Accounts Assistant.

The role will involve dealing with the Client Account s, posting receipts from the tenants and landlords, dealing with deposits return and refund requests and making payments to landlords and contractors.

Fantastic organisational abilities, great attention to detail and previous Client accounting experience essential.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to provide the best possible service. This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have used the Sage software.

Skills: The skills required for this Accounts Assistant(Residential Lettings) role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Management Property Accounts
• Previous experience with Sage software preferential
• Strong organisational skills
• Superb accounting skills
• Ability to prioritise.
• Knowledge of lettings processes & notices helpful
• Ability to build strong business relationships.
• Confident in liaising with other departments
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
