Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance: Ensuring that properties are well-maintained and in good condition by coordinating repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance tasks.
- Tenant Management: Finding and screening potential tenants, handling lease agreements, collecting rent payments, and addressing tenant concerns or issues.
- Property Marketing: Advertising vacant properties, conducting property showings, and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Financial Management: Managing property budgets, tracking income and expenses, and preparing financial reports for property owners.
Experience
- 1-2 years Property manager Experience
- Managed 160 plus Units
- Must have experience within the South West London Area, Battersea preferred
