Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Block Property Manager to join a motivated team, managing a portfolio of residential developments across Newport, Cardiff and Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone from a property management background who is looking to carve a career within block management.Benefits:

Maintaining cash flow to prevent critical issues and ensuring value for money for customers and clients whilst reviewing service charge accounts and budgets.- Managing and setting service charge budgets.-Ensure that all the property is managed in accordance with key Health and Safety legislation, including; Fire Safety, Asbestos, and water hygiene control regulations.- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and visits of your portfolio throughout the year.- Deliver professional and effective mobilisation and management of new schemes.- Providing excellent customer service.Location:
