Experienced Property Manager needed to join our clients lettings department in their award winning, independent estate agency located in Brighton.
They're looking for a competent, capable and experienced Property Manager to take over an established role in a small team.
The role will include
- Rent collection
- Resolving maintenance
- Overseeing renovations and refurbishments
- Check outs and deposit resolution through a portfolio of professional and student tenancies.
The right candidate needs to be
- Confident
- Personable and able to quickly adapt to different situations with professionalism and consideration for both our landlords and our tenants.
Propertymark or ARLA qualifications are preferred and previous knowledge of Fixflo, Goodlord, Reapit and Payprop will be beneficial.
A good standard of Maths and English is required and a driving license is essential.
A full, clean driving license is essential.
