Property Manager

Our client are looking for a Property Manager to provide short term temporary (possibly permanent)

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to handle various administrative tasks will contribute to the overall success of our property management team. Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
- Collect rent payments and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management
- Advertise and market available rental units to attract potential tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and credit evaluations
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

Property Manager Skills:
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative abilities, including organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
