Senior Property Manager - London/Herts (Hybrid) - c£50k + Benefits

My client is a well-established, highly reputable firm of chartered surveyors specialising in residential block management across the south east.

Working to RICS and TPI standards they pride themselves on providing a professional, personal and often bespoke service to New Build, RTM, RMC and Freeholder clients within the M25 specifically and South East generally.

As a result of both newly won and pipeline developments coming into management, they now seek an accomplished Senior Property Manager as follows:

• Working mostly from home (4 days per week) reporting into a Hertfordshire office once per week on a Thursday
• Overseeing a small, compact, 7 site portfolio comprising 500 units in London whilst also providing leadership and guidance to Property Managers and Assistants
• Sites are "key clients" with no long running issues or deficits - the focus is on maintaining the status quo whilst ensuring regular visitation for resident feedback
• Undertaking the usual property management duties from budgets to insurance and major works as required
• TPI or RICS qualification beneficial but not essential, they can be supported in post
• Stable career history with a track record of key site retention and resident engagement/satisfaction a must
• Friendly, vibrant and welcoming team with modern offices
• Great opportunity for an accomplished Property Manager to step up to "senior" title and divide time between staff and portfolio management
• Best suited to Property Manager’s keen to apply their block management experience in an independent, quality focused setting as opposed to those wanting a corporate structure.

The successful Senior Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary in the region of £50k with 25 days holiday (plus public) and health / wellbeing benefits.
