Property Manager

Property Manager - Kent - Commercial - upto £38,0000

Wise May are looking for a Property Manager for both commercial and private residential portfolios in and around the South East London area.

The successful candidate will be working in a supportive and friendly team who will support the Property Manager develop into this fast paced and extremely busy position.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing current commercial & residential portfolio

- Implementing systems, procedures and control to support the growth

- Dealing with landlord and tenants

- Block management

- Correspond with contractors, utilities & council

- Have and continually update legal knowledge and understanding of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, Legal Notices

- Commercial lease renewals

Skills required:

- Experience in Property Management

- Qualified ARLA/NAEA (Level 3 or above)

- Experience setting up systems and processes and managing a team

- Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports

- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
