Our client is looking for Property Manager to join their high-end office based in Cuffley. A fantastic award-winning company who are dedicated to giving an exceptional service to their clients, you will be working within a busy team managing a portfolio of around 120 properties.
Being motivated and having great customer service will ensure you can build a great rapport with both landlords and tenants. If you thrive in a busy environment and pride yourself on managing your workload efficiently under pressure, please send your CV to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Booking relevant contractors to maintain the decoration and repairs of the property.
- Preparing properties for letting.
- Creating reports for the landlord.
- Being aware of Health & Safety.
- Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
The Individual:
- Arla Qualification is advantageous.
- Driver with own vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Firm knowledge of all property management law
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
