Form of workNewstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Property Manager to join a friendly property management company based in Luton.
Experience Required:
- Must have at least a year's property management experience.
- Professional communication skills – both written and verbal
- High level customer service skills and experience
- Positive attitude
- ARLA (or similar) qualified or working towards qualification.
- Knowledge of CFP Winman software is ideal
- A good working knowledge of the lettings industry
Must have use of own car and a full UK driving license.
The Role will include:
- Tenancy preparation
- Processing property applications
- Referencing prospective tenants
- Dealing with deposit releases
- Dealing with any landlord and tenant queries.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative duties and issues and any other tasks
- A knowledge of HMO Licensing is a benefit but not essential
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5.30 pm and Fridays - 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £23,000.00 pa to £28,000 pa + Benefits Package + Free Parking
